The work

The exhibition’s commerce workflow linked merchant payments with external permit processes. Elm integration supported permit preparation and validation, sales verification and account activation. Merchant onboarding, transaction monitoring and financial reporting were accompanied by on-site technical support during the three-day operation.

The result

The three-day operation supported 16+ merchants and processed over SAR 200 million in gross merchandise value. Commerce and permit workflows were connected, giving organizers reporting and monitoring across participating exhibitors. Merchant payments and external approval processes were coordinated throughout the exhibition.
