The work

The attendee journey began with online registration, ticketing and payment, then continued into QR-based check-in and event-area access. Self-service kiosks, on-site registration support and workshop attendance tools connected the digital journey with arrival operations. Dashboards gave organizers a view of attendee activity.

The result
